Moscato originates from Italy, but this is a Californian Moscato using the muscat grapes.. Expect aromas of mandarin orange, ripe pear, lemon, orange blossom, and honeysuckle in this light white wine and on the pallet you'll get grape, green apple and pear. This is a relatively dry wine, but the sweetness in the aromas fool the brain into thinking this is wine is sweeter than it actually is. This wine should be drank young, so only bottle conditioned for a few months.  This wine makes an excellent sparkling wine - d'Asti.   This wine pairs particularly well with Asian food.

The strength will be around the 8.5% ABV mark.

In this kit you get 8 litres of grape concentrate (that you top up to 23 litres with tap water), the perfect yeast for this style of wine and the other ingredients to make sure this wine kit makes you 30 bottles of wine that you would find on the expensive shelves of the supermarket aisle. 

This homebrew kit will take approximately 4 weeks to make and ideally you should leave it in the bottle to condition for a few months.
